- Collected Information
The App collects save data (hereafter, the "Data") that records game progress (i.e., the status of progress in the game, acquired scores, possessed items, and other conditions). This Data is saved in iCloud, a service provided by Apple. Collected information is used for Game Center achievements. The App does not require access to data stored (i.e., photographs, location information, address book, etc.) in any other place on the player’s device.
Excluding when necessary for integration with an Apple service, the App does not send data from the customer’s device.
If a customer chooses to contact customer support, an email will be sent to the Company.
Email addresses of customers are saved on the Company’s customer support platform, so replies can be sent to customers’ messages. The Company shall use personal information provided by customers via a customer-support request to reply to questions from customers, to provide customer support, and to resolve problems. The Company might share information other than personal information related to an App-related customer problem with the Company’s development team in order to identify problems and areas of possible improvement.
- Managing Personal Information
The Data saved in the iCloud cannot be accessed by the Company or by other customers. Signing in to iCloud and Game Center by customers is necessary for recording the status of progress in any game that is used on multiple devices.
- Providing Information to Third Parties
The Company does not save personal information or the Data on the Company’s servers.
Furthermore, no data of any kind is provided to a third party other than Apple.
- Deleting Information
Customers may delete the Data saved in the iCloud at any time. If a customer deletes the Data in the iCloud, the App's game progress that is saved in iCloud might be lost.
- Data Subject Rights
Customers are entitled to make a request to access, change, or delete personal information collected by the Company. Customers with a question or request regarding the Data handling methods should contact the Company. When a customer submits an inquiry to customer service, only information required to resolve the problem will be requested, and the information provided will be deleted as soon as the problem is resolved. However, provision of information necessary for resolving a problem is done so at the customer’s discretion.
